Torta de migas de azúcar

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of oil.
  • 2 glasses of water.
  • Some pressed yeast.
  • Flour.
  • A little salt.

Elaboration

Dissolve the yeast with warm water. Then add oil and salt and stir well. Little by little, we add the flour that it admits and we knead it until it doesn't stick in our hands. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest.
Then, put a pinch of flour on the tray and flatten the dough until it occupies the whole tray. Then, we will make the crumbs putting on top of the dough a thin layer of flour, a dash of oil all over (with the oilcan). Repeat again: one of flour and one of oil.
Then, bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes and, when it is cooked, use a fork to grate the crumbs and add a good amount of sugar.

ANECDOT: Before, when people kneaded the bread, they always left a piece of dough to make this cake.
