Lenten pottage

Ingredients

  • ½ kg. of chickpeas.
  • ¾ kg. of spinach.
  • 4 hard boiled eggs.
  • 4 pieces of cod.
  • 1 onion.
  • Sweet paprika.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.

Elaboration

Put the chickpeas and the spinach in a pot. When it is cooked, add a fried onion finely chopped to which you will add the pieces of desalted cod and a spoonful of sweet paprika. Then add the chopped hard-boiled eggs as well and add salt to taste.
