Mix the egg, the oil and the water and add flour until it becomes a quite hard dough, so that it can be kneaded. Then, give it the shape of a long cylinder to break it into small balls. With a roller, flatten each ball until it is very fine. Then, fry them and cut them in the middle with a wooden spoon. When they take the shape of a flower, turn them until they are golden. Finally, heat the honey and spread it on top.
TIP: If you oil the roller, do not stick the paste.
