Flatten one of the balls, place it on a wafer sheet and put on top the cream that we have prepared with the grated pumpkin mixed with the yolks of three eggs. Then cover it with the remaining ball - which you have spread on a wet plastic sheet.
Finally, decorate it with half nuts and brush it with the remaining yolk.
Put it in the oven on a tray with flour for 20-25 minutes at maximum temperature.
TIP: you can add candied cherry to the decoration. It is advisable to monitor the cooking process.
