Ingredients

  • 400 grams of sugar.
  • 400 gr. of almonds.
  • 4 egg whites.

 

Elaboration

Cut the almond in small pieces, toast it a little bit in the oven and let it cool down. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and fluffy, add the sugar and work well. Then add the almond and stir it a little. Distribute the dough in small paper moulds. Put it in the oven at medium heat, for 10 minutes.

TIP: they are tastier if you cut the almond into very thin slices with a knife. In order to cut the almond well, it does not have to be very tender or very toasted.
