Artists from all over Valencia come together in Oropesa del Mar to create murals in different corners of the town.
Street art is the protagonist of the celebration of Rampuda Urban Art, the first urban art festival in Oropesa del Mar that brings together different artists from the Valencian territory who impregnate different corners of the municipality with colourful and inspiring messages.
This is the first event of its kind to take place in Oropesa del Mar and, through this initiative, the aim is to support the creations of Valencian artists and bring art to the streets.
Deih, Xelon, Barbiturikills and David de Limón are some of the artists who have left their art in different areas of the town, such as the area around La Rampuda ravine (popularly known as the 'barranquet'), the old quarter and the town centre, among others, to paint original and creative murals with plastic paint and spray paint on the walls.
And so that both locals and visitors can come 'in situ' and observe the process of creation, users can use a map (available at the Tourist Office and the Town Hall) on which they will find the different geolocations to visit the five artists participating in this first edition. An artistic route that will continue to be available once the competition is over.
